Report any roadway issues (i.e. potholes) to Hillsborough County directly.  The roads in our community are Public Roads, not maintained by the HOA.

In the future, this will be where you could Reserve Community Amenities
Reserving the Boat Lift for maintenance is REQUIRED.  Only one boat may use the Lift for maintenance at a time (leaving the other lift open for boats coming and going).  While not required for  Sports Courts, it may be helpful to allow others to see busy times (and remember that we are all neighbors!  You are required by the Tennis and Pickleball court rules to rotate when courts are busy.)
