About the Villages of Bayport

The Villages of Bayport Property Association (POA, not an HOA, although it is often referred to as the more commonly known HOA abbreviation) is the Master Association governing the overall community.  Within the Villages of Bayport , there are approximately 400 single family homes made up of the Bayport and Bayside communities. 

 

There are also a number of condominium associations which are managed by their own home or property owners’ association, including:

• Gallery One Condos (approximately 200 residences);

• Gallery Two Condos (approximately 300 residences);

• Colony Bay Condos (approximately 40 residences);

• North Bay Village Condos (approximately 300 residences); and

• San Marino Condos (approximately 80 residences).

In addition, we have two apartment complexes run by Cortland:

• Island Walk Apartments (approximately 400 residences) and

• Parkers Landing Apartments (approximately 200 residences)

Contact information for the sub-associations above can be found on the Contacts page. Bayside Key and Palm Bay are not sub-associations of the Villages of Bayport, however Palm Bay has access to the Hatteras park, including the tennis and basketball courts and dog park.
