The Villages of Bayport is a thriving homeowner association dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. The volunteers for our community take pride in maintaining our standards and meeting the needs of our homeowners. Our board of volunteer neighbors and volunteer committees are committed to fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring that our neighborhood remains a great place to call home.
In conjunction with our board, Greenacre Property Managers assist our community with day-to-day management and the management of each households specific Greenacre accounts.
We are passionate about creating a welcoming environment and strive to maintain high standards for our residents. Our goal is to continue the Villages of Bayport reputation as the Hidden Gem of Tampa Bay.

Our Community Committees
Want to do your part and help make Bayport an amzing place to live? Consider joining one of our many committees below.
Welcome Committee
The welcome committee is a few dedicated volunteer neighbors who hand out Welcome Bags to all new residents. These bags include coupons, pamphlets and other marketing materials from neighbors right here in the neighborhood!
Community Compliance Committee
This committee listens to and considers requests made by residents who may have received a citation for violating the Community Rules. This committee further recommends whether or not a fine should be incurred, so it is important for residents to attend reviews to plead their case and get the CCC's support! If interested in joining, contact the Treasurer.
Social Committee
The Social Committee not only plans our annual calendar of events, but they also set up, run, and tear down. This is a hands on committee always looking for new members, so contact the Social Committee to join or send suggestions for new events.
Architectural Review Committee
This committee is responsible for supporting the ARC director and reviewing submissions of all ARC forms. This is an important role that keeps our community looking beautiful and in compliance with our Community Rules. Contact the ARC Director to join.
Waterways Committee
This committee helps keep our waterways clean and our boat lift in operation. If you have an affinity for our waterways, consider joining this crucial committee and contact our Waterways Director.
Communications Committee
This committee helps get the word out! Help us write newsletter articles, maintain this website, and create advertisements for our many community events. This is run by our Communications Director - contact them if you are interested in joining!
